What is consultancy?

What are the characteristics of consultant?

The consultant is a person who shares the informations and experiences which he/she has independently from an organizational structure of the company for which he/she is going to work and aims to gain an innovation to the company in a specific period of time. This service is called as a consultancy.

Consultant is independent from the organizational structure of the company for which he is going to give a service. He or She does not have a competence on the process of decision-making. He or she shares his / her own informations and experiences with executives of the company for which he /she works and is able to develop his /her own working’s methods without being under pressure. At the end of his/her workings and researches, he or she manage to bring a new identity and a new vision. The consultants should exactly be the persons on which the company depends.

The company for which the consultant is going to work should present him/her all the informations. Staying away from the conflicts in company , manage to proceed and develop his / her own workings independently .

The consultant, who is capable of answering all the questions in the best way and has an ability and information which serves to solve every problem, is not a person more knowledgeable and super than employees in the company . The consultant is a person who produces a solution and an advice concentrating on a subject for which he/she works and based on the informations, background and past experiences.

Danışman, belirli bir zaman sürecinde sahip olduğu bilgi ve tecrübeleri, çalışma yapacağı kuruluşun organizasyonel yapısından bağımsız olarak paylaşan ve şirkete yenilik kazandırmayı amaçlayan kişidir. Bu hizmete de danışmanlık hizmeti denir.

Danışman, hizmet vereceği şirketin organizasyonel yapısından bağımsızdır. Karar alma sürecinde bir yetkinliğe sahip değildir. İşyerindeki hiyerarşik düzene dahil değildir. Kendi sahip olduğu bilgi ve tecrübeleri çalıştığı şirketin yöneticileri ile paylaşır ve kendi iş metodlarını baskı altında kalmadan geliştirebilir. Çalışmalarının ve araştırmalarının sonucunda şirkete yeni bir kimlik ve yeni bir vizyon kazandırmayı başarırlar. Danışmanlar, şirketin kesinlikle güven duyabileceği kişiler olmalıdır.

Çalışma yapacağı şirket, danışmana tüm bilgileri sunmalıdır. Şirket içi çatışmalardan uzak kalarak kendi çalışmalarını özgürce uygulayabilir ve geliştirebilir.

Danışman bütün soruların cevabını en iyi biçimde verebilen ve her problemi çözebilecek bilgi ve beceriye sahip, danışmanlık yaptığı işyerindeki çalışanlardan daha bilgili süper bir eleman değildir. Bilgi ve geçmiş tecrübelerine dayanarak ve iş yaptığı konuya yoğunlaşarak çözüm ve öneri üreten kişidir.
